One of the most undeniable truths about the advanced ancient civilizations around the world is their magnificent monuments and the high-tech engineering used to build them. Most were aligned with constellations, stars, and the Sun’s movements (solstices and equinoxes)—all made possible by advanced mathematical calculations and sophisticated knowledge of astronomy, physics, math, geology and much more. Stones were carved with such precision that they cannot be reproduced today, even with the most sophisticated modern machines. Some monuments were carved directly into mountainside rock, almost as if created by a 3D-printing machine.

The Kailash temple is not built. All is cut and carved from ONE single piece of rock (Basalt), hewn out of the Charanandri hills of the Sahyadri range of the Deccan Plateau at a village, known as Ellora, 30 km northwest of Aurangabad, India.
Nothing of the original temple was brought in from outside. All was created out of One, all is part of One. Nothing stands by itself. All is a symbol of the functions of creation. The Kailash temple is not just one of the many ancient sites the ancestors have left in what is India today. Officially it is a Hindu (Brahmanic) temple but it is more than that. It may well be one of the holiest sites on earth, a keeper of wisdom from long ago, a preserver of the lost knowledge of life.

The Kailash temple was cut from the top down in a U-shape form, about 50 Meters deep in the back and sliding to lower levels on the sides to the front where there is the entry gate. Cut with what? With hammer and chisel? There are chisel marks along the walls of the rocks, but spiritual masters say, the chiseling was done long after the rock walls were cut and the original temple created. Were the chisels just use to straighten and smoothen the sides and carve out new galleries and caves in the enclosing walls? The mystery remains. How was it possible to cut down straight into this Basalt rock, dig a broad trench and leave a huge piece in the center out of which the temple shrines were carved, ten altogether?
There are so many questions to which answers cannot be given by rational explanations. There are no inscriptions, no dates, no names, no-one knows who the conceptor was, who the artists were, what the original temple looked like, or why this temple was named after the snow-covered mountain Kailash. If they didn’t use diamonds to cut these stones, then what did they use?
Not only were these stones really hard to cut, but they were also extremely heavy. One of these stone ruins weighs in at about 800 tons! These are big stones, and they are really heavy. The nearest quarry is at least 10 miles away from the site of the ruins. How in the world did these people move these blocks that weighed many tons, and how were they able to form a structure with them?
With the technology that we currently have today, it would be extremely difficult to recreate the site of these ruins, if possible, at all. If we can’t do it, then how did these ancient people accomplish this task?
These ancient people had to have been very sophisticated, knowing astronomy, geomancy, and mathematics. However, there are no records of this work. To build a place like Puma Punku, there must have been significant planning and writing involved, but there is no record of any of this.

In addition to the extraordinary monuments mentioned above, there are many other ancient megalithic constructions all over the world, and one needs to have an open mind to envision these sites and cities once alive and vibrant with their populations. Most of these sites were dedicated to the spiritual and energetic connection between humans and the cosmos, and they involved advanced knowledge of mathematics, physics, geology, cosmology, engineering, and deep connection with spiritual frequencies and vibrations. Beyond the grasp of our current understanding lie some of the mysteries we have yet to discover.
In the following chapter, we will examine some of the cosmological alignments of ancient monuments, which suggest that their placement was not coincidental, but rather the result of a high level of advanced planning established prior to the construction of these megalithic structures.

According to the initial report, William Gadoury of Québec, Canada was able to align more than 100 Maya cities to maps of modern constellations. When one constellation appeared to be missing its corresponding city, Gadoury turned to specialists to interpret satellite images of the area in an attempt to find the “lost” site.
William Gadoury, from Quebec in Canada, who was interested in Mayan civilization for years, compared Google Maps and satellite images from the Canadian Space Agency (CSA) and pinpointed the hidden civilization, which had a 86m high pyramid and 30 buildings in the middle of the jungle.
Gadoury noticed that the cities lined up just right with 22 constellations — no scientist has every made this link before. He checked a 23rd constellation using that was near the Yucatan jungle in Mexico, and discovered a lost, hidden Mayan city underneath the stars.

When Hector Siliezar visited the ancient Mayan city of Chichen Itza with his wife and kids in 2009, he snapped three photos of El Castillo, a pyramid that once served as a sacred temple to the Mayan god Kukulkan. A thunderstorm was brewing near the temple, and Siliezar was trying to capture lightning crackling over the ruins.

According to the Daily Mail, Italian researchers claim to have identified eight vertical cylinder-shaped structures reaching 2,100 feet (640 meters) below the pyramids, with additional unknown formations a whopping 4,000 feet down (1,219 meters).
The research was conducted using a new radar method that combines satellite data with micro-vibrations from natural seismic activity to produce 3D images of what lies beneath the earth’s surface – with no need for physical digging. The same team previously published a peer-reviewed study in Remote Sensing in 2022 that identified hidden rooms inside the pyramid of Khafre.
Nicole Ciccolo, spokesperson for the project, stated: “A vast underground city has been discovered beneath the pyramids,” and added that the “ground-breaking study has redefined the boundaries of satellite data analysis and archaeological exploration,” cited the Daily Mail.
Ciccolo shared a short clip of the press briefing held on March 15, saying the full video of the event will be released on March 25. She explained that the vertical shafts, arranged in parallel rows and surrounded by spiral pathways, appear to serve as “access points to this underground system,” with interconnecting chambers running beneath all three pyramids.
Adding to the “mystery” of ancient megalithic constructions—such as pyramids, temples carved as if by a 3D printing machine, and rock-cutting techniques that cannot be replicated using modern machinery—we may conclude that these sites were developed and created by highly advanced beings or groups of beings from different star systems or constellations. It seems as if we are living in a period of amnesia in which we do not remember the real past, or perhaps we are manipulated into believing that we are in an ascending stage of “evolution.” However, we should also point to the Hindu knowledge of the Yugas, which proposes that time is cyclical and that we are currently living within a phase of this cycle called “Dwapara”.
